Well that was fun

I got myself into an interest situation where I had two rooks against his queen, with a whole bunch of other stuff on the board.

Things were going very well until I got impatient. I'd had his king pinned to the middle of the board for quite some time, and I was one square short of a mating net with a rook to spare and win, but that square was not easy to get to. Already up a "point" for the two rooks against the queen, and with him offering me another pawn, I tried to "complete" the net and put my king in position to block his escape square. Because I still am not following my thought process completely, I moved my king right into a checkmate.
